Postage from States to STJ
Postage from States to STJ
Does anyone know what the postage is for a standard letter to STJ is? In the past I have just put extra stamps on. I need to send my deposit for my accomodations.
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you want it there in a timely manner I would pay to send it priority mail as opposed to first class. Priority usually makes it in a week regular mail can take three. I think it's only about $3.00 to send a priority mail letter.

I ship a lot for our business and found that there is usually no difference in mailing time for First Class vs Priority Mail (this is for items under 13ozs, the limit on First Class Mail). The big difference is for parcels more than 13ozs. Then you can ship Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Parcel Post can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Priority Mail is typically 7-10 days (could be more or less than that though!)
First Class Mail (letter and postcard) rates are the same when mailing to or from the USVI. I recommend you bring stamps with you to avoid the often times long line at our local Post Office.
