54B, I have no formal training. No classes, etc. It really is just a hobby. I do have art training though, which is why I am into plating, I think.

Diana, my opinion is that all of the Caneel locations are good. You'll be close to the beaches and that's what matters. We've stayed beachfront on Caneel Hawksnest, premium ocean view on Cottage Point, regular oceanview on Caneel Beach (2 times) and Cottage seven (three times, via free upgrade--the rack rates are crazy for Cottage seven). All are truly nice.

Final installment coming up! :D
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

You just make me wish we could stay at Caneel - it is a little out of our price range, unfortunately. I remember saying this before, but... at least I can experience Caneel through you, and I thank you for that!

Thanks Becky for another great installment! Love all the pics, especially the uw ones!

$10 for a pint if ice cream?! Yikes! Good for you not letting it go to waste & enjoying it for breakfast.

I want to reserve my stateroom for "our" yacht vacation.

As always, I absolutely love your reports, Becky. I am a complete neophyte on underwater life, but I learn a lot from your reports. I am a foodie and my favorite parts of your reports are the food pics. The blackstrap rum-glazed shrimp could have been a magazine cover----fabulous!
