Can't recall name - on-island villa agent, reps many props

Someone from this board recommended an on-island villa agent to me last year and I can't recall her name. It's a woman and she doesn't work for any particular management company. Rather, she owns her own company and has many villas on her site. I think she lives in Coral Bay. Anyone know who I'm talking about?

I think that Susan&Herb have happily used Denise with www.onlinevacations.com

I have not had any personal experiences with her, however.

It looks like onlinevacations has a lot of the same houses as on other companies' websites (Catered To, Destination St. John). Is Denise affiliated with the other agencies? Who do you call if there are any repairs or other problems?

We called Denise. We ran out of bbq gas one afternoon while grilling lunch and, after calling Denise, someone from the management company was knocking on the villa door in about 20 minutes. We asked Denise that same question when we booked as she is not a villa manager. She told us to call her with any issues - since she had accepted a commission for our booking she would make sure that we had what we needed. She even called us later to follow up and confirm that someone from the management company had brought the new tank. I wish all villa reps or wholesalers took half that much responsibility once the booking is made.
