houseboat?in Chocolate Hole

I haven't been in there by boat to look at it, but on the webcam from the Serendipity Villa the last few days there looks to be a nice big rectangular houseboat moored inside Chocolate Hole - anybody been by?
It is not there on the June 19 Pond Bay update pics that are put out by stjohntalk.com - [that photo allows you to Zoom In and check things out] -- so it must be a fairly new addition - part of Pond Bay construction crew housing maybe??

I noticed that also, Exit. I thought it was the start of an ark someone was building when you all had all that rain recently

Looks like one of the party/dive boats I used to see around Coki point. I wonder if it's one of the tour boats Atlantis used to run?
