Construction status next to Sago Palms

Post by TropicAtHeart »

Does anyone have recent information regarding the construction progress on the villa being built next to Sago Palms? It's been a slow process as building goes on St. John. I was there last summer and the concrete had been poored and they were starting work on the first floor. Does anyone have any idea how far they are along? I was hoping they might finally get it finished by 2011 so I can stay at Sago without the noise.

The house beside Sago Palms is still being built.
We were there June 15-25. People only came for a couple of hours to work one day. I was told all the concrete
had been pored, and now it was time for the inside work.
It is 4 stories and has 2 pools. It is huge.

Thanks for the update! When we were there last July all the concrete had been poored and they were working on the main floor. There were no walls yet. I could see the one pool out in front. By it being 4 stories high, will they be able to see over the tall trees that are in between Sago and it? Will the privacy on the pool deck be ruined? I hope the upper stories of that villa are set back.

There is one little place that the other house might be able to see the pool. Hopefully Sago Palms will
put something to block that area. From the living room
deck you can see their pool and part of the house.
They still have a long way to go to finish things could change.
