I just had to put down my 13 yr old yellow Lab the Sunday before we left and I would be honored if you would use "Taz" ,it isn't a St. John name but it fit him.

Thanks so much for all the input. We had so much fun going through the suggestions. So many great ones. I lost the vote for Gibney (Gibby), but next pet for sure. We named him Ziggy. Not really a St. John name, but it fit. I turned on radiomargaritaville to keep him company while we left and Ziggy Marley was on, so there it was caribbean music and a name!

Traveler,

I am so very sorry to hear about your dear dog. We also have a 13 year old yellow lab. Lager just had a huge tumor removed from his hind leg Monday. We treasure every day we have with him. Here he is upon his return home Tueday night:
