I'm really, really nice to all of my customers!! That never came up to be honest...She asked me if I was "on a forum" (she recognized me...??)...She's been reading but never posted, and like most of us she and her family went to STJ several times and fell in love with it and decided to buy an investment property..She's so excited and I'm really happy for them. I would love to rent it someday.

Wow! I only look at the listings for houses that cost less than $1M, so an occupancy permit is a notable feature.

I'll tell Janice the next time she's in....I think they could have a lot of "long lost" kids trying to crawl out of the wood work now..... :D
