catamaran question

Has anyone booked a snorkel and day sail with the catamaran called Radio Flyer. She leaves from Cruz B ay. Thanks

I have never heard of them.

I know from another board that there are some boat charters that are running without the proper licensing, so I would double check on that if no one else has heard of them.

Cruz Bay Watersports offers a day snorkel trip which includes a stop at Jost Van Dyke for lunch at Foxy's and a visit to White Bay for drinks at Soggy Dollar, One Love, etc.

We were on island June 6-16 and did a day sail with Radio Flyer and love it! Our group of six had the boat to ourselves and were able to name our own itinerary. The boat was beautiful a Catana 40ft. If you are wanting to sail to the BVI, not many catamarans sail out of Cruz Bay and they were willing to do so. If you decide to sail with them, tell them that the Durling and Pilcher families said hi and will see them next June.

Thanks everyone. I will tell Radio Flyer that you said hello! Glad to hear you went for a sail and loved them. We are going to Jost on a different sail - sail boat- so I suggested to Larry to spend the day sailing around St John. So that is our plan. Can't wait - as we love catamarans and I know there aren't many leaving cruz bay! So excited. Will let you know how we make out - sailing on the 13th!!!

One of the best days on the water in the virgin islands. larry is a great captain and his catamaran was a delight. I just tried to call for a charter for february. Good luck its a great day.
