Continental non-stop from Newark to St. Thomas

Post by Anthony »

Has this flight been called off? I can't find a fare anywhere -
Anyone have an idea for me? I could leave from EWR or PHL but I would love to go direct - all I am seeing is flights that last 8 or 9 hours with the layovers...

Is it seasonal perhaps? I'm on a non-stop to STT on a Monday, and returning to EWR on a Thursday... but that's in December.

I know they used to cut the number of days down in the summer - but it seems like it is gone for now, unless they are sold out already.

Hi,

There is a direct flight on Tuesdays. I'm booked on 3 August, and they still show room. Good luck.

We are flying EWR to STT in late Nov and the direct flight is on the way down. To get home we must do the Cape Air puddle jumper to SJU on a Wed. Did the same thing, same time last year. If you can't find it now I assume they just don't have the direct flight off season since its only available limited in the winter. We haven't flown out of PHL lately, but I'm sure someone will speak up soon...

Anthony what are your travel dates? I just booked my April non-stops coming and going from/to EWR on a Thurs. PHL had non-stops also on UsAir for Thurs. and Fri.

When I booked our flights a few months ago we had direct flights both ways from EWR to STT unfortunately about a month ago I got an email informing me they cancelled my flights so now we have a layover in San Juan both ways. I think they run direct flights on Saturdays but not during the week. US Air use to have a direct flight to St. Thomas from PHL which we use to take but it wasn't available this time of year/
