Yep. I heart Heart. Just added the album Dreamboat Annie to my iPod a few months ago.SJfromNJ wrote:Definitely Thunder Road. But I am convinced that there is subliminal recordings in this one which makes my foot go to the floor and me start singing and air guitar/drumming all at the same time.

Saw them Aug. 16th 1977, the day Elvis died, Rick Derringer opened and it was the loudest concert I have ever attended. Ann voice is the best woman’s voice I have ever heard and Nancy can play that Ovation very well.
Good one, SJfromNJ.
Bevm,
No, I'm not that sort of talent. My talent is figure skating and tennis, more physical than vocal.
One of the vocals in this group is a teacher in music in the district I work in. They have played in Vegas. They are amazing to watch. It's an art, for sure. The dude that does the vocal percussion reminds me of John Belushi.

Home is drivin music, no? Funny how different things mean different things to different people...Driving time is often "alone time" for me...Reflection, pondering, remembering times...So often a song like Lonely Night in Georgia fits. Or a song like "Arms Wide Open" makes me think how lucky I am to have my son. Music never lets you down!!bevm wrote:Sox...good music to chill to but I need me some drivin' tunes!!!!
