I have not stayed there but I always thought it looked great and the price is right. There is no AC if that is a concern for you.

I've stayed there. It's a cute little one-room villa with a great screened in porch. Everything is new as the villa is less than 2 years old. It's walking distance to Cocoloba Plaza and Island Blues. Let me know if you have any specific questions...
