Another computer problem/ please help the challenged

Well, to give you the the Readers Digest Condensed Version,... ''....I am having trouble trying to download maps from the county GIS. I keep getting the error message (unable to display map service (ERR0924) image is too large and cannot be created) I get the same message from both IE as well as Firefox. I have had this problem in the past and for the life of my tired, sick mind cannot remember how to fix it.I was recently forced to employ an IT guru ''when I kept losing my internet connection and after that visit, things just haven't been the same, in other words ALOT of settings were reset and I am tired of banging my head on the wall.Anybody have any suggestions other than fix a cocktail?.... All help mucho appreciated!

This might help.

If you see a message "Unable to Display MapService [ERR0924] Requested image is too big and cannot be created." when you click the map link, change your screen resolution as follows:
1. On the Taskbar, click Start, (Settings), Control, Panel, (Appearance and Themes),
Display/Screen Resolution.

2. To enable popups for Internet Explorer 6.0:

3. If the Turn On Pop-Up Blocker menu item is available, your pop-up windows are not blocked,

THANKS Bill, Resolution did the trick...I shouldn't sit in front of this box long, it makes me brain dead some times! ''That was a good link, my county is behind the eightball a bit as far as site sophistication! Thanks again.
