Viva! Villa website
Viva! Villa website
Do they have a new website? I don't remember it being so time consuming to try and get the rate for a villa. You have to put your dates in and request a quote. You just have to guess on dates if your plans aren't firm yet. I like the villa company sites where everything is listed - number of bedroooms, amenities,A/C, high/low season prices, etc.
Holy broken web site Batman! I was on the old site yesterday - it was quirky but worked as an okay catalog. The new site is a pig and the pricing is missing.
My guess is that Viva! is moving to a new platform and brought the new site up before they were ready. I'll be happy if they fix date-based availability searches. But, no prices then I'll be disturbed.... taking another look, the site is pretty unstable. Looks like a botched rollout, hopefully better soon.
Cheers, RickG

It does look like they've beefed up the web site and it looks good!!
Jut click on Villa Rates on the right and side and they've got the villa chart right there:
http://www.vivacations.com/site/12414/default.aspx
Prices only vary by season and the season dates are clearly posted. Usually they are April 18-Dec 18 (OFF season) and Dec 18 - April 18 (IN season)
Some holiday weeks they may charge in season rates or require a minimum stay.
Or if price doesn't matter just use the search by date function.

There's no need to request a quote. The prices are on that chart based on the number of people you have.
If you travel between April 18 and December 18th then see the off season rates and if you travel in the winter then see the IN season rates.
The only mystery is if the villa is available on the dates you wish to travel. Once you knwo that just go to the link I posted above.
