Computer help please - this forum (part 1)

Post by Pia »

Hi everyone

OK, I've been having alot of trouble with my computer dropping the internet connection, so last night Les updated it and ever since then, when posting on this forum, once this white "box" I am writing in gets "full" for a better description, I can keep typing but I can't see it, and the display stay's on the last line of the box - frustrating when trying to answer PM's and typing long answers (maybe this is Anthony's way of shutting me up and stopping me from getting too long winded  )

Anyone have any idea's - must go as I am almost on my last "viewable" line :)

Try typing it in Word, copy and paste it on the frum and see if it still does it. It might be a formatting thing.

Also try turning off the pop up blocker (tools, pop up blocker). You can either turn it off completely (having it on does screw up quite a few sites) or just for this site.

Fresh virus scan? Some of the recent viruses have been stepping on IE badly.
