Destination St. John Villas

Hi - We like three villas offered by DSJ:

Ambiance
Cocotier
La Papaya

Anybody familiar with all three? La Papaya has five bedrooms but has the lowest rate. Ambiance (four bedrooms) has the highest rate. Maybe Ambiance has a better location/view or is a newer villa? All three have a pool and a hot tub.

Ambiance is a BEAUTIFUL house. Well appointed. Large beautiful pool with a bridge over it. It has a nice view but I wouldn't say its unbelievable.

3 equal masters (1 in the main house and 2 in the side pod, 1 upstairs 1 downstairs) and a loft/room in the main house over the kitchen with room for a few kids -- probably 4.

We stayed in Cocotier a few years ago and loved it. I haven't seen the other two, so I can't comment on them. PM me if you have specific questions. When are you going? It does have full ac, which we used all the time, for the heat and to keep the skeeters at bay. The views are beautiful.
