Has anyone stayed at this villa? It's a 5 bedroom on the CV website.

WOW!! What's not to like?? I can already find a good use for that one. :D I do like the views from up high, but you can't have a beach and be up high too.....not without a lot of steps.

It looks like a great house. I can always dream of a meandering path down to the bay instead of 50 steps, right  Just hoped someone has visited and likes/dislikes.

I've never visited the villa, but have been on the beach here and I'd say its unprotected and a challenging entry for most. It's a cobblestone beach with sea urchins right up to the water's edge.

It's an upscale neighborhood with some very nice villas like Monte Bay. I think it would make sense for a corporate retreat.

I'd be very interested to hear about breezes and no-see-ums at dawn and dusk.

Cheers, RickG

The cobblestone beach wouldn't bother me as much as avoiding the sea urchins. The house is definitely a big group setting. Unfortunately, I have a hard time trying to configure a group of 10 people that I love that would not eventually be bored, whine or simply not "get it". Going with two people at a time works better for me, even trading them off at the airport for week 2. It's a beautiful house though!
