Time for another trip to STJ

Post by Lovermont »

I've been home three weeks today, and earlier this morning I booked my next trip to STJ! So, six months from tomorrow I'll be back on the island.:D
I'd been watching the frequent flyer reward flights since I got home, and the other day the flights that I'd been following disappeared. Then I realized if I stayed for 10 days versus the 7 I was originally looking at, the flights became available again. It only took a quick look at Sail View in Coral Bay and we realized that we could definitely justify three extra days in Paradise.
I've got a new ticker! Nothing to do now except count down the days.

Woot Woot!

I'm jealous too!

I am thinking about the next trip to STJ. I will be 50 next year in December and I would like to spend it on STJ. What I would like to do is spend a week on Virgin Gorda and then a week on STJ. I don't know if hubby is going to go for that or not. He's the money miser in our family. Maybe I need to remind him of the surprise 50th birthday party I had for him in March and invited 78 of his friends and I did the whole thing myself.
Or, I might have to think of something else he'd like.

Anyway, it's too soon to spring it on him. Timing is everything with him.

this made me go look at flights on USAir. I could actually get 2 tickets with miles next April 13-27. MAN I am so tempted.
But Charlie will be directing a play next year right around that time. We don't know the dates yet
Back away from the reservation desk .. back away......

Woo Hoo - good for you.

10 days is only 3 days more than 7, but it feels so much longer!

Have heard nothing but good things about Sailview!

We'll miss you by a month.

Does he know that you will wear a birthday chicken hat? Maybe that would win him over.

Good for you :D I need to get a new trip countdown. I'm afraid with my job situation it will have to be spur of the moment.

Congratulations on your booking! We're planning another trip as well, just haven't figured out exactly when....somewhere between October and December. So excited!

You will love Sailview! We stayed there in October and are returning in July with my parents in the other suite. It's not the same as having a villa, but the price can't be beat and it's a beautiful property. Mike and Eileen are wonderful hosts. If you have any questions, let me know!

You will love sailview. We stayed for a week in Jan and we are returning next Jan. Great host, great view and most of all reasonable. We even cooked a couple nights outside on the deck.

Enjoy!
