Villa question- Winsome House in July/August

We are booked for two weeks this summer at Winsome House. The view from Ajax Peak and the privacy factor (as well as the price!) sold us. Everything I've been able to find states that the breezes are more than sufficient to compensate for the lack of AC.

I'm just wondering if anyone on the forum has experience with this villa, especially in the summer. I'd really appreciate the feedback.

This villa is through Destination St. John.

I'll bump it up again for you. If I were staying anywhere on STJ without ac in the summer, high up is where I would want to be.
