Never too early- Trying to find a specific villa name?

Post by Xislandgirl »

There was a villa that I had on my list a year or two ago that was in the Hart Bay area, I think. It was not huge but eery nice and had no pool...but someone here said that they were putting one in.
It had a straight shot view out to the water.

Anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

no, but I just saw a place today that mentioned there was just a pool put in.
Spyglass? It might have been that one .. not 100% sure. Also have no idea where it is located :)
Sorry if I'm no help!

I've had my eye on that one too. It's not very large, but perfect for two. I love that they added the pool. The views look awesome.

We drove by Island Time when we were exploring in Dec. The driveway is very steep, short and @ a funky angle. House very cute, nice view. Might think twice about that driveway though. Laurie

After 5 years and 6 apartments on STJ, I am pretty sure that no driveway would scare me...but you never know.

When I was googleing Island Time, I came across a blog of a couple that moved to St Croix and have started a blog about expats living in St Croix, looks interesting and fun to follow http://onourisland.blogspot.com/

Jorge and I walked through this villa in November. No driveway issues and it was right off the very flat Bovocoap Road. It actually faces Devers Bay, but you can see Hart Bay and the whole south shore from the driveway entrance.

I like this place a lot and it is a killer value. The common are not big, but we never spend time in there unless it is storming. I do not know how to get onto Devers Bay from there without walking through the yards of Vida de Mer, Sunset Beach or Dream Come True.

Cheers, RickG

This one is on my short list, too. It wasn't available for the first week in November so it didn't work for us. Maybe next time...

Thanks RickG. I am not really concerned about t eh common areas, with just the 4 of us doing our own thing, we are not together all that much. As long as the driveway can handle 2 cars.

Chip is not sold on it. He wants an outside shower!
