Does anyone know if there is charter boat available for this itinerary for 6 people:
9:00 Depart Cruz (or close)
9:00-12:00 Fish (don't care where)
12:00-1:00 Foxy's Taboo
1:00-5:00 Soggy
5:00 Return

I don't specifically whether any charter boat does something along those lines, but two considerations:

1) US boats can't fish in BVI waters;

2) You need to clear customs by a certain time prior to 5pm (3-3:30, I think).
