Accurate forecast

Post by petepie »

Which websites give the more accurate forecasts? The weather forecast looks like it's all over the place - some sites say partly sunny, some partly cloudy, some rain, etc. Help!

Don't get too hung up on the forecast. You're always going to see a 30-40% chance of showers. Today they called for a 90% chance. It was overcast but we only had a brief shower.

I totally agree with bevm...when we were there in 2007 the weather channel showed storms every day...the only rain we got was in the middle of the night...I don't even look at the weather before we go...I'm more concerned with getting there and not having issues with flights...I figure if it rains we find a place to sit and have some drinks...a rainy day there is better than ANY sunny day here...

The site mentioned www.weathercarib.com will give you as much info as anyone could use - very oriented to VI weather in particular -- some of the national sites combine the VI with Puerto Rico and really that is a different weather pattern.
