Post by jcm »

Hi All-
Looking for rental for next spring. High school
senior girls (2-3 girls) Plus parents.
Has anyone stayed at Splendore? Looking for 3-4 Bedroom.
Love the Maria Bluff area-Great Cruz Bay.
A few favorite ideas are already booked. Yikes I thought
I was organized. Thanks so much

We love the trips to STJ with the teenagers!!! Our last trip was June 2008, 4 teenager girls (17,17,17,15) and 2 sets of parents. We stayed at Amani, through Island Getaways, on Maria Bluff. take a look...we loved it and the little cottage gave the girls some private space. they loved it! All 4 slept out there a few nights. Other nights 2 of them came in to the main house. there are 3 bedrooms in the main house all with inside access. The pool was great and the girls loved the hot tub. Enough privacy for everyone. and not too far from town. We would def stay there again.

Yeah, wishing you lots of good luck, thought we were early looking...just "thinking" about going in 2010 as we have been hit hard by the economy, but our two first choices are already gone and rented.

Stayed at Splendore over a year ago. A great Villa, with lots of room and lots of privacy. It would definitely be top of my list to rent again.

We visited Jan & Mike for dinner there one night while on island. This is a lovely villa. We would definitely liek to stay there but if I remember correctly you had two bedrooms on either side of the house and then a loft upstairs. Might be tight with that many people but hey whatever works.

The pool was great, views of the lights on STT at night really nice kitchen living and deck areas.
*Another fine scatterbrained production

Thanks all for the help.
Hoping pool deck at Splendore has enough space
Will look at all your suggestions. Might even
do two villas near each other too. Thanks again.
