Raft Thingy in Chocolate Hole

Does anyone know what the raft with a couple of posts on it is in the lower center of the Chocolate Hole WebCam?

I believe you are correct Joshie, when we stayed on Chocolate Hole, I watched that floating dock with a boat in it every day.

I've never seen a boat there so my guess is that someone is "reserving" their mooring.

Had to crop this to get a view of it, but you can see the boat on the floating dock in this picture. It has a solar panel to charge the batteries. Guy pulls the boat over it, hits a switch and it lifts out of the water.

He is usually there when I am there but maybe he has pulled it out of the water for repair or something.
