I wasn't the one that sent you a question, but if you have any information on Dependable (whether or not you recommend them, whether or not they have newer cars, have good customer service, etc.) I'd love to hear about them.

We have a reservation with Dependable in June and we plan to take the car (4-wheel drive) over to St. John via the car ferry several days.

We have used Dependable twice and are completely satisfied. They have gotten nothing but great reviews on this forum. The jeeps we rented were not newer, but we could take them places you wouldn't take a newer jeep - its fun to have an "island" car.
