hi, does anyone know if aa airlines charges you to bring back th cruzan that is in the box? cant remember if it comes in a 4 or 6 bottle carton and does anyone know a current price on island for that? i ususally get it at the bigk on stt. also, does anyone know what aa airlines is charging for checked bags these days? do they give the first one free or has that gone away? also, do you have to check the cruzan for the trip home?? any info here will help.......thanks,john

Yes, you do have to check the Rum, but AA doesn't charge. I don't know about baggage, we do carry on only. Last I heard it was $25 for the first bag, but don't know if that's changed.

Updated Checked Bag Charges
Customers who purchased domestic economy class tickets on or after June 15, 2008, will be charged $15 each way for the first checked bag and $25 each way for the second checked bag. Customers who purchased domestic economy class tickets May 12, 2008, through June 14, 2008, may check one bag for free and check a second bag for $25 each way.
