I keep seeing the words relocate relocate relocate over on the right side where I would normally see an ad.
What's that all about?

now I 'm seeing it up at the top banner too. guess you are just moving stuff around but I wanted you to be aware.

Yes that is the company serving those ads having an issue... they are aware of it.
