Is there a map/layout of the STT terminal anywhere online? We have 20 people flying in on four different flights and would like to arrange a meeting place in the terminal (I know it isn't very big, but a map would help).
I can't find a terminal map but to me the logical choice would be the baggage claim area. There is a bar, tables & restrooms on one side, then a liquor store. Car rental kiosks line the next wall. But there are only 2 collection points for baggage, so you could find each other in that area without too much trouble. If you want fresh air you can go out to the area in front of the check-in.
Maybe it's just me but the bar is an open area...how about in front of there?

Agreed. Just tell everyone to head to baggage claim. Then once you start getting a big enough group move to the far side (opposite from where you enter the baggage claim area) there's usually plenty of room to spread out over there.
But honestly, you couldn't miss each other if you tried.
As a courtesy though get everybody assembled away from the central area when you start to assemble or you're bound to piss people off. There's just not enough room for a bunch of people to form a circle and a pile of bags and clog up the works.
I'd also consider making a sign or something to catch people's eye if you are in the far corner-- just in case folks are too distracted by their free rum punch to focus.

*Another fine scatterbrained production

We flew out of STT last Saturday-what a disaster. We've never had problems in the past.
The flight was delayed for 2 hours due to passengers not being able to get through the long US Air line, the customs line, and TSA. The plane began boarding on time-but the passengers weren't there yet! I was sitting on the plane by 2:35 (flight scheduled to leave at 3)-we had paid a porter to get us ahead on the line. The plane didn't leave until 4:35-we missed out connection and had to spend the night in Philly.
