I bought a couple of the 'grilling spice collection' spices from St. John Spice a couple of weeks ago and was wondering if anyone had some good recipes for any of them - I have the recipe for the Cruz Bay grill rub marinade I found on the forum a while ago. Any ideas??

Cruz Bay Grill Rub, Pirate's Pepper, St. John Jerk Spice, Island Creole Seasoning and Black Voodoo Grill Rub.
