I can't comment on the villa but I will second Klein Bay. We stayed in Orchid Villa and loved the area. The only drawback is the long drive back from Cruz Bay if you have been out for the evening. We had some decent snorkeling from Klein Bay's pebble beach towards Ditleff. Entry is a little challenging.
We loved the Klein Bay neighborhood. We stayed at Villa Rendezvous several years ago and it was great. It was before all the development of Ditliff Point began so I don't know what the impact of that has been.
