Villa Maria

Has anyone ever stayed at Villa Maria in Great Cruz Bay? If so, how did you like it?

We just got back on Feb 28th. We loved it!!!! We went with 2 other couples. The master bedroom is detached from the main house. That's where my husband and I stayed. It wasn't a problem for us. There is some construction down below and to the left of the villa. That didn't bother any of us. The guys actually loved watching every morning from the patio while drinking coffee. I would highly recommend and would definitely book there again.

Thanks so much for the reply. I hope you dont mind I have a few more questions- what kind of construction was it? Did it start really early in the morning? Did it appear to be nearing it's completion? Being on the point, did it have good breezes? Thanks again.

I don't mind the questions at all. Glad to help. I joined this forum like a month out from our trip. It would have been nice to have joined earlier, but it was still helpful.
On to the questions...First the construction is a villa (maybe 2)we weren't quite sure if the two were going to be joined together or 2 seperate ones. Anyway, they usually started around 8:00 in the morning, which to me is not too early.(I was usually up before they started.) We weren't there most of the time. After breakfast we usually left the villa and when we came back they had stopped for the day. It was not nearing completion but they did get alot done while we were there. The breezes were great. We usually sat outside to eat breakfast and it would blow the empty paper plates off the table if you weren't paying attention. But it wasn't so strong that it was annoying. I hope this helps.

So, would you say the construction was completed by 3 or 4 pm or so? Thanks again
