Happy St. Patty's! Got this today from my dad

Dublin cop pulls Clancy over on the road, asks: "Have you been drinkin'?"
Clancy says: "I did have a drop or two."
The cop says: "I thought so. You didn't even notice your wife fell out of the car a mile back."
"Thank God," Clancy says, "I thought I was goin' deaf."
