We just rented from Conrad Sutton. Jeep Wrangler had 6K on the clock and was like new. The rest of his fleet that I saw just as new as ours. Good service and good folks to deal with. We have rented from them on earlier trips.

Have a good day.

I agree about Conrad Sutton's fleet. Always newer and in good condition. After renting from another on an earlier trip and getting an old one w/ bad tires, I stick with Conrad. Plus I like the liberty. W/O kids I would be ok w/ a wrangler but w/ them the liberty is way more comfy!

Oh and for pricing. I think in the off season the liberty is $450/week. The wranger I think is $390. Worth the $60 to me ;)

Click on the car rental tab under St John on this forum. You can check the rental cost from any of the services for the type of car you need.

And a PS to Donk, Conrad Sutton has parking available to thoes who rent from him. It can be difficult getting in and out of their lot. Parking is a real problem in Cruz Bay. Ended up parking in Slimmerman's lot a few times, cost $10 for the day, or $5 for a couple of hours. Evenings are $10.

Have a good day.

We kind of like our island jeeps a little older (scratches, etc.), that why we can take it places we wouldn't go with a new jeep. Just a thought.

Agreed, which is why we get one of Conrad's Montero's. They are venerable and seat 7. I'd take one down the Brown Bay trail!

We recently rented from Penn's...beginning of Feb. Our Jeep Liberty had 700 miles on it; it was almost brand new. We also parked in their lot quite a bit.
Their prices tend to be slightly higher, but we were very impressed with their vehicles and great customer service....mia
