The power of suggestion is strong....brb, have to go mix up a Margarita. (Like I needed to be convinced, hah!)

I used what I had on hand. Too snowy to go to the store. I used V-8 splash berry flavor and added a splash of lime and it tastes like rum punch to me. :)

Mary Beth, your Jumbie Kiss Drink looks perfect in that martini glass! It just wouldn't taste or look tha same in a beer stein or wine goblet! You seem so festive!

I'm definitely up for a Girl's week! It would be a blast. I am having a hard time convincing my sisters, friends and other relatives to join me on STJ for a trip next year.

I drink Gin Martinis and I am not in the least bit offended what you call it.

There is a name for the fruity and flovorful drinks that so many have come to love. It is the Designer Martini. Not the classic, but a martini just the same. Times change as do definitions. It is all good.

It sounds awesome and looks great in the glass!

I don't know you gals well, but if you ever decide to have a girls-forum week, I'll volunteer to be your bartender/cook!!! Lord, any excuse to get back to STJ. My friends all laugh and say, "don't ever ask Susan to think about going somewhere with you - she'll automatically say yes"!!!! Have backpack, will travel.

Count me in for the trip! I've been having trouble finding someone to go with in the fall.
