HI

We love Cruz Views. We have stayed in No 1. and No.10. Would love to stay in 10 again. Waiting for their last minute specials for this May. Only thing is their 5% they tag on.

We'll be staying in #7 the first week of April, so I'll be able to tell you more after that.

Stayed in unit 7 in April of 07'. The construction one hill over was really loud at the time. It really didn't bother us because we were gone most of the day. They have probably finished the loud drilling by now!
There are lots of iguana to watch in the trees below the deck.

The only negative is that the ac struggled to keep the condo somewhat cool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

we have stayed in #3 three times,#2,#7 and #1.They are great for the price and the close location to town especially driving home late from woody's or quiet mon. We perefered #3 out of the one's we have stayed at.

I can tell you that #7's air conditioner has been replaced and the unit that is in there now cools off the whole place. They replaced it Oct 31, 2008 and I know that because we were staying there when the old one died

Anyone have pics of the inside of #3 or #4???? These two units seem to sell out fast, then 7 and 10. #4 is booked solid for May. Always does. Maybe cause its across from the pool.

I had a link to pix of #3, but Kodak Gallery says they've been removed. I e-mailed the owner (who is a forum member) about them. Maybe she'll post here. :D

Soooo....would this be a good place to stay with 2 kids? Ages 4 and 6? We are torn about staying in/near town (my husband loves the views of st thomas at night) and being close to it all.......and staying outside of town. I know part of the time we will be there (end of June) will be Carnival.......so it will be noisy...but some of the views from Cruz views are lovely!
Any thoughts?
