Last Minute Trip! We're coming back!

Just found out yesterday we are returning to St. John this Saturday (March 7th) and staying until March 18th! Husband has a "DOWN" week (automotive) and I have to take one week without pay, so it might as well be together. We're coming with 3 friends so there will be 5 of us on island. Can't wait - Ohio was 8 degrees this AM!

I'm usually one of those obsessive travelers who is packing 2-3 weeks ahead of time, sending out reminders to everyone, having "planning meeting" (translation - we need to get together, have a few drinks, and talk about the great time we are going to have! I guess if I forget something, I'll just buy it! We're staying overnight Friday in Detroit and fly out in the AM. Got R/T at the last minute for $488, not too bad, we've paid more with alot more advance planning!

This trip we are staying at the Westin. Our one friend owns a few weeks and he was unable to rent them out so we will be staying there. We also were able to get a car (Jeep), we weren't sure that would happen at this time of the year. Hope to meet some fellow forum friends at the Beach Bar on Sunday!
