The beach has always been a healing place for me, especially St. John. I spend so much time in the water I don't even work on my tan anymore. I can just "be".

Thank you for sharing that very thought-provoking image and your inspired words. It was definitely food for thought and definitely reminded me that I shouldn't be sitting here griping about what I don't have when I am so blessed.

I use my time in STJ to sit on the beach and just let all the negative stuff flow out of my body. It heals me. I can only imagine how they felt.

Great pic with words of wisdom Joshie.
Water does have great soothing qualities especially St John water. I could stay in it all day and not get out. I think thats half my addiction to snorkeling the sealife is great but the tranquility and lack of worries while doing it is the other half, it's my happy place :D
