Island Cottage / Anchorage Aweigh - Coral Bay

Is anyone familiar with either of these properties on Coral Bay? Even a drive by

I think "Anchorage Aweigh" is fairly new.

I did see the Anchorage Aweigh blog; it looks really nice.

But, it's always better if someone here has been up close and personal with the properties.

We just spent a week at the Island Cottage on our first trip to St. John. It is a very nice and comfortable place. Very easy to get to, with good views and breezes. The best thing was the huge deck that allowed us to either sit in the sun or relax in the shade (or grill when it rained). The hot tub was great for stargazing or watching the moonrise. It also has a great 'backyard' with amazing landscaping, which was perfect for watching the hummingbirds.
