Cruz Views

Post by Dwm5003 »

I am wondering if anyone has stayed at Cruz View Condos lately. If anyone can tell me about Unit #1 and any construction noises I would appreciate it. Thanks!

4michaels,

We love Cruz Views. Have stayed in unit #1 4 times.
#1 is at the top (with the best views) and has a private deck and parking, so it feel like you are in a villa. The pool is on the lower level, so it is a walk down. But we just bring our drinks down with us. Have met great people there and Sunny the maintenance guy is wonderful!

Oh the noise ... there was very little when we were there in November.

Hope you have a great trip ... wish I had one planned,
but 2009 is up in the air right now!!

Thanks so much for your reply. Do you know anything about #4? Are the views good at #4 also? Thanks again.

We stayed in unit #2 once and the view was still good from there and you are closer to the pool! Unit 2,3 and 4 are on the same level.

I am so jealous ... I want to be planning NOW!

Hi!

We stayed in Unit# 7 this past November and were really happy with it. There was no noise, a kittty on the porch to welcome us home every night, and it was clean & welll kept.

XOXO

Never stayed in 1 but 3 is right underneath and it had great views. Haven't stayed there in a couple years but would think it would not be to bad as it looks to be shaping up,the heavy equipment and rock breaking should be done. Never really bothered us as we are early risers and by the time we got back from the beach they would be done for the day. We love Cruz Views for the price.

Bug was it this guy hope he is still alive and kickin. Really need to stop and give him a can of tuna next trip if he's still around. He gives it that homey kind of feel while on vacay he's also a big mooch but ya got to love him.

It is our kitty!!!!!!! I'm so happy to see him :D He was on the porch waiting for us each day when we go home from the beach. I made the mistake of leaving the slider open one day and he ran right in, went up the stairs, and jumped in bed! I'm pretty sure he was there before since he knew right where to go.

I am allergic to cats so I had to make him leave the bed but he did end up getting the sofa  I just couldn't kick him out.

I've stayed in #3 (I think, if not 3 then 4, but I think 3) and also #10. I actually like 3 (or 4) better. Great shower and they have since redone the kitchen. I love the views and it's right over the pool. CV is the best bargain for what you get, on the island. I love the cat too. I left a big bag of food for the caretaker and he promised to feed him. It looks like he's still alive and kicking. :D

Dickhead as I so affectiontly named him is alive and kickin. Good deal I'm stopping to see him in May. Yes he has been in 7 as we have stayed there and 8 and 3 sure he knows all the condos. He knows how to use his charms to get what he wants even if he is crosseyed and looks stoned
Heres a few more of him

Thanks so much everyone for your replies! We are all set to go in July, we are so excited! We decided to stay in unit #4 because the loft has ac and we didn't want to hear our 16 yr. old daughter complain. We will be sure and feed and love the kitty! Thanks again.
