am beaches -pm beaches

Post by charlie »

Arr in STJ in May and we usually try to hit 2 beaches per day. Trying to set up an "iffy" sched. for our 6 days on island.
Does anyone have "plan " on visiting favorite beaches in the a,m, before crowds and afternoon beaches after crowds?
Thanks
Charlie

Jumbie has an eastern exposure, so go there in the morning. Snorkle around the point on the left to Denis. Get lunch and beverages, then chill at Hawksnest in the afternoon. Hike to Brown Bay in the morning, then relax at Vie's in the afternoon. Snorkle to Waterlemon in the morning then Maho in the afternoon.
When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

We like Jumbie too for an AM beach because of the sun. Hawksnest, Salt Pond, Solomon, Honeymoon and Waterlemon are also good AM beach/snorkles.

PM beaches - we like Francis, Vie's, Haulover, Lameshur and Gibney.

Anytime - Cinnamon, Truck (really all the beaches are anytime beaches as far as I'm concerned).
