I wonder what they'd sell it for if TPL came calling with cold, hard cash...

In some ways, I hope the real estate market stays crappy for a while, because I don't see anyone paying what they want for it in this economy, and I really don't want that land developed.

Because whoever gets it isn't going to keep the camps. They're going to put some sort of Sandals-type of resort there or something equally disturbing.
