Usually for me it's a single malt on the rocks or a fine beer.

Here is a simple yet perfect Island concoction.

2 ounces white rum
1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/2 ounce lime juice (FRESH!!)

Glass Type: cocktail glass
Instructions
Squeeze the lime into your shaker, stir in the sugar, and then add the rum. Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Note on the rum: Some prefer dark over white; if you do use dark rum, cut back a little on the sugar.

the blue donkey: 1 oz curacao (optional), 12 oz club soda, 3 viagras# mix, drink, look out# ~db~

Guys? I would LUV to come up with a drink mix that matches my forum name. Except my name is so...plain. Maybe I should change it to Barberella. And this too. If my trainer catches me talkin about drinkin then I am DEAD MEAT. Here is his pic. He's the one on the left....
