Family Villa for 6

I never thought I would bring my kids, but if I'm budget minded we can swing this. I've been researching villas - any thoughts on Poi Pu, Chudali, or Rendezvous Villa (3 unit complex)? We don't need fancy, but probably AC and a pool for the youngest of 4 kids. Early June.

Hi there. We thought we were going to STJ in June, but had to cancel. We had chosen Poi Pu. The person we dealt with was very nice and very prompt with answers to all our questions. We went through VRBO.

I think we paid about two grand for Tesseract, and it'd be a great place for a family. There is one downstairs bedroom with a separate entrance, but it'd be fine for older kids. It does get a little hot down there without AC, and I've never been there in June to know what the weather is usually like.

We are staying at Villa Sea Cay for the second time in June. Its a GREAT villa and frankly we can't beat the price. It has three AC king rooms with private baths...a pool...I don't know how old your kids are but we love this villa. We don't need fancy furniture, a gourmet kitchen, plasma tvs...thats not why we come to St John...I have been on every website and we can't find anything cheaper with such amazing views....

We stayed at Blue Palm Villa in 2007. 3 adults, 3 kids-we all loved it. It's in Coral Bay, with pool, great views, a/c in the bedrooms.

Owners and caretaker were great to deal with! Look for it on VRBO.com.
