May Ferry Schedule

Post by cruiserkcs »

Does anyone know how late the ferry runs in the off-season (particularly May)? Someone I know is thinking of booking a mid-week flight that arrives on STT at 8:10pm (carry-on only). They don't want to spend the night on STT and would like to catch a ferry to STJ that night.

Thanks

The last ferry from Red Hook is at midnight. They should be able to make that if their flight is on time.

Speaking of flights, ours arrives at 530p (just notified today of the change..was originally 430p). I was wondering if there would be any difficulty getting to st john, picking up our rental car and getting to Coral Bay before dark? I wasn't sure how the roads are and how hard it will be to find our villa. Any input?

Unfortunately, I don't think either of those flights would have gotten you to Coral Bay by dark. The roads are curvy with some steep areas. What villa are you staying at? I'm sure others with more experience staying in Coral Bay can help you.
Going "home" again October 26th!

Sorry you won't make it :( You will be on the 7pm Red Hook ferry (you won't make the 6pm even with carry on unless your flight is about 20 mins early, you deplane down the stairs first and the taxi is waiting for you with no stops)

It gets dark around 6:30pm (ish) right now so given that you won't arrive on STJ until 7:20pm it will be dark at that time.

Won't you have a villa greeter take you to your villa and pick up your car keys for you??
