Villa St. John. 6 bedrooms but all are the same size and have great bathrooms. 2 of the 6 have queen beds instead of kings but they can toss a coin to see who gets a queen bed. Main house (4 bedrooms) plus a guest house (2 bedrooms) so plenty of space too. Walk down to Chocolate Hole Bay for snorkeling. Great pool area:

Our group of 10 will be staying in Eden's Whim, April 3-11 of this year. I'll post a trip report upon return FYI.

I don't believe there is a house on STJ with 10 bedrooms so you're going to need more than one villa for 10 couples. There are several agencies that represent large villas that are close to each other. I suggest you contact a few agencies to see what they have available for your dates and go from there.

Have you considered renting two neighboring villas? Some management companies list villas that are neighboring.

10 adults (singles) so needing 10 bedrooms or 5 couples so a 5 bedroom - also what time of year and what price range.

Check out Vistaero (destinationstjohn.com). This villa has amazing views, it's huge so there is plenty of space for everyone and besides the master bedroom (which is a bit larger) the other 4 bedrooms are all pretty equal. It has an enormous pool, a hot tub and did I mention the views!! We loved it so much when we stayed last year, we booked it again before we even left.

July 1-8 is when we plan to go. We would like to stay under $5000.

I would second Vistaero. We stayed there last year 2 couples, one "singlet" and 7 kids. Amazing view - and a very cool house. I will say that he Master bedroom is (IMHO) FAR superior to the other 4. It has a huge walk-in; a shower and tub; as well as being located on the main level (rather than down below). One couple had an infant - so they "needed" the walk-in to "store" the baby at night. That's how we decided who should have it.

Good luck!
