Gift Hill Garden Apartment

Hello Everyone....looking to do a last minute trip to St. John in a couple of weeks...tired of the snow and the cold! Is anyone familiar with Gift Hill Garden Apartment? It's "budget" no frills but looks clean and in a good location. We can only go for about 4 days so we are restricted by many rentals who require a 5 day minimum. Thanks!

Saint, are you talking about the apartment below Gift Hill Villa through Donald Schnell? If so I can offer up a little bit of info. We just spent 8 days in the main house at Gift Hill Villa.

I'm actually not sure...I found the rental on the "On-St. Joh" site. It notes that it's a 3 bedroom garden level apartment located on Gift Hill Road...I believe it's a duplex style home....

Hi there. We know the owners. We stayed there for several months during the summer of '07 while we were building in Coral Bay. The owners are great. They have just put in a small pool. The apartment is HUGE and pretty fancy. We hung all the art in there! There are 3 very private bedrooms, each with their own bath. It has a very large terrace overlooking the tropical plants. It's a really great place I'm sure you would enjoy. Don't forget to get a 4WD. The road to the house is paved. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Can you please tell me what you thought about the Gift Hill Villa House? How did you like staying there? How were the bedrooms, kitchen, pool, etc?
We are considering renting this property this summer and would love to hear more about it.
