Breaking News?

Post by mia »

I'm not sure if this is in fact breaking news or if I missed it in a previous thread. We were told by a waitress at Margarita Phil's that Phil now works exclusively at his restaurant in St. Thomas and has been gone from St. John for about four months.
This information explained our dissatisfaction with the quality of our meals. We didn't go there with high expectations for authentic Mexican cuisine, but the food was barely edible.
I have written a detailed review in the Dining Review section....mia

Not really breaking news at all. Phil has been over here over a year or so working and opening his new resaturant. He could be one of many making an exodus from St John to what is becoming a less crowded St Thomas!

RonUSVI,
Thanks for the information....I know that when we were on St. John in September, Phil was there too.
Guess I need to keep myself better informed.
