Mary Beth, I just tried that using the code that tothectothec posted, and it didn't work. Snapfish is just weird when it comes to posting photos.

i tried the .jpg also and it didn't work. I went to pbase but you have to pay to use that site and I was looking for a free one.

pbase is pretty cool for the price. I like the fact that you can make different galleries and there's no advertising.

I just remembered that a lot of forumites use Picasa, which I think is free through Google.

I tried to get to the flickr page in my browser but it says it is private. maybe that is why it is not working?
try marking it public on flickr.

I see birds. One more suggestion..if you did this from a thumbnail view you might be better opening the individual photo and then cut and pasting the code.

To post an avatar under your name, go to your profile and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

You can choose the first one "Upload avatar from your machine", but you are limited to 50x50 pixels.

If you choose the second one, it's like posting a picture - you copy & paste the URL of your picture into the line... but watch out how big the picture is! In my opinion bigger than 100x100 pixels is too big.

If you choose the 3rd one, you copy & paste the URL of a picture that's somewhere on the Internet. Again, watch out how big it is.

You can also choose one from the gallery - click on "Show Gallery"

Tickers... there are several different sites for tickers. I got mine here: http://www.ticker.7910.org/eng

P.S. When you post a picture, you can delete all the "table" "tr" & "td" tags. All you need beside the URL is the "[img]"%20and%20"[/img]" tags.

Oh my gosh! Regarding your edited version, I don't know where all that extra code is coming from on your picture post! I'm not a Picasa user, so I can't help you with that, but there's something goofy going on with that!
