Snorkel Spots I missed??
Snorkel Spots I missed??
Hi all,
I am looking for some new water this trip. I explored quite a few beaches and snorkel spots on my first trip, but I'm wondering if a missed a few "Must Snorkel" spots.
Here's where I have snorkeled: Trunk, Francis, Solomon/Honeymoon, Maho, Waterlemon, Salt Pond, Little Lamshur, Hawksnest, Gibney. My two faves were Salt Pond & Waterlemon.
Where do I need to make sure I see this time? I'm sure I missed some great spots, and would like to explore some more. Thank you for any insight...
If you wish to keep a few spots secret, please send me a PM, and you have my word it will remain a secret.
Thanks!!

Denis and Princess Bays.Princess for its, mangroves, seastars, seacucumbers, and baby fish.Denis for its old anchor that some have never found....But I was lucky!Parafins

HELLO FROM MICHIGAN...
Hart Bay when it's calm.
I'm with SJfromNJ on the snorkel from Vie's, to the right around the point is a small rocky beach. The two fringing reefs are very nice with lots of soft coral.
Also Pelican rock in Hansen Bay. If you keep driving past Vie's you'll see the next beach has a spot where you an get in and swim to Pelican Rock. You can swim there from Vie's, but its a couple hundred yards.
Haulover Bay, North and South.
Kiddel Bay & Grootpan Bay.
Cheers, RickG

I can tell ya I was impressed with Haulover South right side. Left side is pretty good too. If ya do the left side ya could go around the cliffs and snorkel Vie's no problem. I'm planning on that next trip. Going to hit Haulover North if the waves aren't bad. I believe Rick is Talking about were Kenndell parks his boat on shore nice little parking place for your jeep. The left side gets pretty good as ya get out were the rocks jut out into the ocean.
Oh I forgot Blue Cobblestone was great right side. Off the Ramshead trail but it's a hike and if ya get bad conditions and ya went just to snorkel that would suck, but I reccomend the hike if ya like to do such. It's worth it just for the hike if condititions are good that's icing on the cake.
