I like "nube" (silent e...pronounced noob and rhymes with boob...and pube...which is why it's funny....).Anthony wrote:I thought it was "nub" ?
Newbie (pronounced new-bee) isn't really funny...so I prefer nube.
When you say "nub," I think of what a person is left with after losing most of a limb...just a nub.

Hmm... boob doesn't rhyme with pube the way I say them. Boob rhymes with doob and pube rhymes with cube. But my wife, who's from that land north of the Mason-Dixon line, says that I pronounce a lot of words incorrectly (but I think she talks funny)!Teresa_Rae wrote: I like "nube" (silent e...pronounced noob and rhymes with boob...and pube...which is why it's funny....).

You're right, boob doesn't exactly rhyme with pube, just kinda. But nube still rhymes with pubeaugie wrote:Hmm... boob doesn't rhyme with pube the way I say them.
