Villas next door to each other?

Post by Sunny »

Hello!

Does anyone have any recommendations for 2 2-bedroom villas that are next door to each other or one can be a 3 bedroom.

Going in May with sister in Law (who will get married while we are there) and brother in law and one other couple and trying to find a place for everyone.

Thanks for your help!

A couple that I know of would be Palm Villa and Cloud 9. They share a driveway, but the decks are private. Also Seawatch is next door as well. Don't be fooled by the 4 bedroom at Palm One is a loft with no A/C

Catered To has a listing of their villas that are located next door and/or walking distance to each other.

Sol Inclination has 2 villas on the same property. Both are 2-bedroom houses, and the main house has a fold-out queen in the study. Check http://www.islandgetawaysinc.com/sol_inclination.html
When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

They share the same driveway and floorplan and are right next to each other in Coral Bay.

cloud nine villas' moonsong and sundance are next door and share a driveway but view is over pond bay currently in construction. caribbean villas has a cluster of 6 just pass the westin ocean pearle, aquagem, periwinkle, hawksbill, jasmine and rosebay.

as mentioned cloud nine and palm on gifft hill would be a great paring since both have large decks that each would accommodate larger group and only short walk through common parking from one to other. c9 has nice gazebo for some afternoon sun relief.

ps noted you're going in may, c9 has ac in great room so could provide gathering relief for those who don't like afternoon heat.

Take a look at Splash and Gull Cottage. They are right next to each other and share a driveway. The villas are located waterfront on Great Cruz Bay. We have stayed at both villas and love them both. Caribbean Villas and Resorts handle them and we have had good experience every time we have rented from them. I just love the location right on the water and only a 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay.

Take a look at Pink Conch and Bombalassy. They are right next to each other, and I believe basically the same house in design. Only two bedrooms each (so 4 total), which is why we haven't stayed there yet (our group always seems to require more bedrooms).
